Do you ship internationally?

Where are your packages shipped from?

All of our products are shipped from our warehouse based in The Netherlands.

How do I track my order?

The Track and Trace option provides package tracking service. After you have placed your order, you will receive a tracking number to follow the status of your package from our warehouse to your doorstep.

How long will it take to get my package?

Do you offer Cash-on-Delivery?

We do not offer the Cash-on-Delivery option.

What is your returns policy?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We guarantee the quality of our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange the item for you to better meet your needs and tastes. How long do I have to contact you for a return?

You can return the purchased items within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund/credit (less shipping charges) subject to Return Conditions.

Do you provide any warranty?
  • Eurocones warrants the Knockbox for manufacturer’s technical failures for a period of 1 year after the purchase by the client.
  • This warranty is not transferable.
  • Only Eurocones is authorized to accept returns of used devices, resellers are not entitled to do so.
